We welcome you to worship this weekend with the Lutheran Church of the Master for the 3rd Sunday in Lent! As we hear from John this morning, Jesus begins his ministry by showing more than telling. In the temple, Jesus disrupts and overturns the systems of corruption and profiteering taking place, but ultimately points us to the promise of restoration. We are shown the way of God’s presence, even if God’s “way” feels foolish, counter-cultural, disruptive, or uncomfortable.\

It is my hope that you have each had the opportunity to download the resources for this season to prepare your at home study and worship spaces. I also hope that they continue to be fulfilling for you as today promises to be an inspiring morning. For our liturgy today I invite you to please download and open the worship guide to fully participate as you too are a vital participant in today’s liturgy.
