We welcome you to worship this day with the Lutheran Church of the Master for this Longest Night Worship Service! As we soon expect and look forward with hope to wishing one another a Happy New Year, we do so as we come together in a time for prayer and laments. A time to mourn the losses and griefs of the year. This longest night gathering is a sacred space to share in anguish to pray for restoration and even hope against hope. For we cry out to God and with God believing that this holy night can even be a night were hope is born.
It is my hope that you have each had the opportunity to download the resources for this service for the preparation of your at home worship spaces. I also hope that they continue to be fulfilling for you as this night promises to be an inspirational worship. For our liturgy today I invite you to please download and open the worship guide to fully participate as you too are a vital participant in today’s liturgy. Peace & Blessings Dear Church ~ Pastor Dave
