Alleluia! Christ is Risen Indeed! We welcome you to worship this weekend with the Lutheran Church of the Master for the 4th Sunday of Easter! How does faith in the risen Christ call one to live? What shape does one’s life take? The readings for this fourth Sunday of Easter are rich in their imagery, and at the center is the image of the Good Shepherd who lays down his life for the sheep. Giving one’s life, resources, gifts, or whatever one holds most dear for the sake of another is both a witness to the love we have first been shown and an act of faith.
It is my hope that you have each had the opportunity to download the resources for this Season of Resurrection to prepare either your at home worship spaces or for worship in the building. I also hope that wherever you spend your sabbath that it is fulfilling for you as today promises to be an inspiring morning. For our liturgy today I invite you to please download and open the worship guide to fully participate as you too are a vital participant in today’s liturgy. Peace & Blessings Dear Church ~ Pastor Dave
