Welcome to worship this weekend with the Lutheran Church of the Master for the 7th Sunday after Epiphany! Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Joseph lives it in Egypt. Jesus preaches it in the gospel. The Spirit guides us into merciful lives with the power of forgiveness to reconcile what is fractured and divided. Such merciful living is the baptismal blessing of having put on Christ. It is the gift of the life-giving Spirit. It is a reflection of God’s glory revealed in Christ.

I hope you have had the opportunity to download the resources for this Season of anticipation to prepare your at-home worship spaces or worship in the building. I also hope that your sabbath is fulfilling, as today promises to be an inspiring morning. For worship today, I invite you to please download and open the worship guide to fully participate as you, too, are a vital participant in today’s liturgy. Peace & Blessings Dear Church ~ Pastor Dave
